These Terms of Service govern your use of the IMPRIMO 3D store (imprimo3d.in) and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. The studio

The store is operated by IMPRIMO Design Studio, based in Kolkata, India. Reach the studio at imprimodesignstudio@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98313 62381.

  1. Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment of checkout.

Every Journey Frame and Collector Object is studio-built and made to order. Visuals on the site are representative; minor variation in finish, layer texture or print artefact is intrinsic to the craft and is not a defect.

  1. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; the order is accepted by us when the payment is confirmed and the order acknowledgement is sent to your email. We may decline any order at our discretion (e.g. obvious pricing error, fraud, or stock-out on a non-replaceable component) and will refund any amount already collected.

  1. Production, shipping and delivery

Production, shipping and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are best estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, force majeure events or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.

  1. Refunds, returns and damage

All refund, return and damage-replacement terms are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to those terms, including the no-returns-on-made-to-order policy.

  1. Custom commissions

Custom Journey Frames, Custom Collector Objects and Open Projects are bespoke. Once the brief is confirmed and a payment link is issued, the commission is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  1. Intellectual property

All site content — photography, copy, illustrations, brand marks (IMPRIMO, Journey Frames, Collector Objects, The Collector's Arena, El Bicho, La Pulga, The Imprint) — is the property of IMPRIMO Design Studio. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell our pieces or content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks and likenesses referenced in our archive (athletes, clubs, films, characters) are the property of their respective owners and are used here in good faith as part of original, hand-built fan-art collectibles.

  1. NFC content

The NFC chip sealed inside each piece links to collector-only content hosted by us. We may add, modify or remove specific content over time. The chip itself, once sealed in the piece, is yours.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMPRIMO Design Studio's total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount paid by you for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

  1. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
