Refund policy

Every IMPRIMO piece is studio-built and made to order. The policies below exist to keep that process honest, transparent and protected for the collector.

No returns on made-to-order pieces

Because every Journey Frame and Collector Object is printed, assembled and finished only after the order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection of jersey/era/character, or any other reason once production has begun.

Free replacement for transit damage

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, we will build and ship a replacement free of charge. To qualify:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email imprimodesignstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Attach a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damaged piece. The video is required.

Once verified, we'll begin building a replacement immediately and ship it at our cost.

Manufacturing defects

If the piece you receive does not match the listing — wrong jersey, wrong era, missing NFC chip, or a build defect — report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Verified defects are replaced free of charge.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund only before production begins. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel, email imprimodesignstudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp the studio at +91 98313 62381 with your order number as soon as possible.

Once production has started — printing, assembly or packaging — the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds (pre-production cancellations or verified non-replaceable defects) are processed to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom commissions

Custom commissions (Custom Journey Frames, Custom Collector Objects, Open Projects) are not cancellable or refundable once the brief has been confirmed and a payment link has been issued, as production is fully bespoke.
