Every IMPRIMO piece is studio-built in Kolkata, India, and made to order after your payment is received.

Production timeline

Most orders enter production within 24 hours of payment confirmation and ship in 2–3 business days. Custom commissions (Custom Journey Frames, Custom Collector Objects, Open Projects) typically take 2–3 weeks.

Delivery timeline

Once dispatched, orders are delivered across India in 5–7 business days via tracked courier with insurance. Total order-to-door time is typically 5–10 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If you do not see it within 4 business days of ordering, write to imprimodesignstudio@gmail.com.

Shipping zones

We currently ship pan-India. International shipping is available on request through Custom Requests — write to imprimodesignstudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp the studio at +91 98313 62381.

Transit damage

If your piece arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for the full damage-replacement process.
